Encouragement, hope, and healing made easy with Online Christian Counseling.

Life is different now. COVID has changed things. We’re having a harder time in our families, our workplaces, our relationships, and with our church family. And sometimes it’s really difficult to navigate those challenges. It’s happening everywhere; even in our own back yard.

And as if our lives weren’t busy enough before, they certainly are now.

That’s why we make access to counseling and mental health services as convenient as possible with Online Christian Counseling. You can connect with your counselor via a secure, private video chat.

With technology (and everyone’s newfound comfort with video chat apps and services), you can get the exact same benefits of driving to a counselor’s office from the comfort of your own home or office. You can absolutely get the help you know you need while maintaining your schedule.

How Online Christian Counseling Works

Online Counseling is thankfully made pretty simple. After your appointment is confirmed, you’ll receive instructions via email with details about how to connect during your appointment time. You’ll also receive a text message reminder about 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time with a link to connect.

There are no apps to download. All you need is a computer with a webcam and microphone, a tablet, or a phone. (Most people choose to use their phones.) You’ll connect to our Online Counseling website and enter your provider’s “Virtual Waiting Room”. At your appointment time, your provider will begin the appointment.

What you’ll need:

To make your online counseling experience as successful as possible, you’ll need a couple things:

  • Access to a quiet, private location. Your family and friends don’t need to know your business. If you’re around others, some people close their office doors, some people go to their cars, and we’ve even seen some people sit in the floor of their coat closet. Public places like the coffee shop, library, etc. are not appropriate for online counseling.

  • A stable internet connection. If you can stream Netflix, you should have no problem connecting to your online session.
