This Statement of Privacy applies to Revive Counseling Center, Revive Life Ministries, Inc. and www.revivecounseling.org, and governs data collection and usage. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to Revive Counseling Center, Revive Life Ministries, Inc., and “the practice” include revivecounseling.org. This website represents a private faith-based therapy practice and ministry. By using the practice website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

If you engage in services at the practice, we collect billing and credit card information. This information is used to complete the purchase transaction.
