Revive Counseling Center and its affiliated and operated entities are considered “HIPAA-covered entities”, meaning the organization is  required by law to abide by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996. As such, collection of personal information on this site is also bound by HIPAA data collection requirements. In the event there is a disparity between website privacy law and HIPAA regulations, HIPAA regulations will supersede any expressed privacy protections listed in this policy.
